Once submitted, your proposal will be assessed by the Strata Manager. If no further information is required, the Council will arrange for the strata company to vote on your proposal as detailed in this application form in a general meeting of the strata company or outside of a general meeting (Circular Resolution). Only if the strata company approves the Proposal by a resolution without dissent (no votes against), the owner can begin the proposed works.
Note that the owner may also need to obtain development approval from the local government before they commence the lot alteration.
